Thai One On is an authentic Thai restaurant located near the busy marina in the heart of the city. Their menu offers a wide range of dishes for all customers.
Thai One On is just off the main dining strip on the marina. It caters to a range of customers with its choices of a la carte, vegetarian, European and banquet menus. The restaurant is open for lunchtime between 11.30am and 2.30pm every day. It also offers a take away and delivery service. The food is very authentic and reasonably priced. If wanting to dine in the evening, it is advised that customers should book before hand as it can get quite busy.

If you want to try a new type of cuisine, Thai One On can certainly cater to a variety of tastes. As you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a friendly service which continues for the duration of your visit. The Thai staff are all in traditional dress and the restaurant interior is decorated to match the oriental feel of the venue, so you really embrace the culture when you visit Thai One on. The food is prepared and cooked freshly which is evident as soon as you taste it, however this did mean I had to wait a fair bit of time for the main course. The meal was flavoursome and filling and gave me a real taste of Thailand. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you are getting and students can get an extra 20% off with a valid student card. If you are bored of the other restaurants along the marina and want to try something different, I’m sure Thai One on will not disappoint.
