{image1}The Reform Restaurant at The Castle Hotel is one of the newest additions to Lincoln’s restaurant scene.

Head Chef Mark Cheseldine, the passion behind Reform had this to say, “I have created entirely new menus for Reform, focusing on a modern European theme. Every dish on the menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients, with local produce used wherever it meets my standards. My hand-picked team consists of top chefs from around the region, and together, we aim to deliver a consistent, excellent standard of food in both the restaurant and bar area.”

An intimate dining room located next to the 18 room Castle Hotel in the beautiful Bailgate area of Lincoln.  Reform restaurant is unashamedly all about the quality of the ingredients and skill of the Chef’s to bring out the very best in those ingredients.

There are a number of fabulous bars just a very short walk from Reform so your night can certainly continue with a cocktail or two if the mood takes you!
