This purpose built Hotel has an award winning restaurant which seats 50 and offers visitors a fine dining experience in ambient surroundings. The hotel also has two bars which during the day offer light refreshments and a pleasant atmosphere looking out at Lincoln’s Water Tower. Friday and Saturday evenings at the Tower are incredibly busy as it is one of the areas most popular venues, and a wait at the bar is to be expected.
