Over 250 pieces of cardio equipment makes Total Fitness one of the biggest gyms in Lincoln.

With the option of having a personal trainer, members are able to compile a workout routine which will enable them to get what they want out of going to the gym, and the most out of their money. Total Fitness is also one of the few gyms in Lincoln with a swimming pool available to its members.
