Diet Diary - Week 3

So I was bouncing off the walls when I’d looked on the scales to find I’d lost 10 lbs! ...

However, me being me, I’d read the scales wrong and I hadn’t lost anything at all. I hadn’t gained anything thankfully, but I hadn’t lost anything either.

I’ve still been counting my calories, and I’ve been quite good at it if I say so myself. And I’ve been going to the gym, but the weight doesn’t seem to be shifting. Granted, the place I wanna lose weight is apparently the most stubborn place on your body to do so, but it’s stressing me out.
See, I’m one of those people who like to see changes almost immediately, which is annoying because nothing ever comes that easily. With this in mind, I bought some ‘Acai’ food supplement tablets (500mg) from Holland & Barrett, which I’d heard were really good for aiding weight loss (if you do the exercise and keep a good diet). Plus they were only 7.49 as they were half price so I thought I’d go for it.

I’m going to keep at them until the end of this diet diary, which only has til next week. But hopefully by then, I’ll have lost atleast 1 lb. Which will probably prove to anyone who’s reading this, that you’ve got to go through some RIGOROUS exercise to lose weight if you want to eat relatively well.
