Diet Diary - week 2 (later)
Sunday, 2nd May 2010
As promised I weighed myself today at the gym - and there was no difference.
I should feel happy I haven’t gained any weight, but I’m not. Because I haven’t lost any either, I’ve dieted, bought healthier food last week and this week and drank more (non alcoholic wise). I’ve decided to stick to 1500 calories a day, which seems to be working and I’m not having more than 22g of sugar a day. I haven’t bought commercially packaged foods, and I’ve not fried any foods either. I’m relatively pleased with how I’m doing.
Today, at the gym, I decided to buy an L-Caritine drink. It’s a drink which you have during your workout that boosts your fat burning basically, I had one a few weeks ago and it really helped me. So I bought another one today, they taste nice and I’m hoping tomorrow I’ll have lost something (that’s how quick it worked for me last time!). I also bought some hydroxycut powder that you put in drinks, but then after googling it I saw that it’s actually quite dangerous. So I’m back to square one.
Now I’ve came across some diet patches, they kind of work like nicotine patches - releasing stuff into your system and what-not. Seen as though I’m not keen on diet pills, this is the safest way. Me and my friend are going to buy some online later today - hopefully they won’t be a waste of money.
