It now takes some of us longer to order a coffee then to drink it. When ordering a drink in any coffee shop/cafe, the waitress looks bewildered if you simply ask for a ‘coffee’ or a ‘tea’. You mean, no soya milk, wheat grass extract, or shot of caramel soufflĂ© flavoring? Are you sure?
