With its handy location this pub is very popular with Lincoln Uni students.
Based on the University of Lincoln campus, this pub caters mostly for students but it is open to anyone passing by in the area. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all at reasonable prices. And of course there are lots of drinks on offer.

Although surrounded by university buildings, The Shed is actually in quite a nice location with the back area facing out over the marina. On sunnier days, there is seating in front and behind of the pub so you can enjoy the warm weather whilst sipping on a cold beverage. Inside, there are many places to sit both upstairs and down. Whether you want to be sat properly at a table, or slouched on a leather couch with your friends- there is opportunity for both. There is a pool table and large projection screen for the sporty types wishing to watch a big match whilst enjoying a drink. The food is very good value for money and there are various offers such as two main meals for £7.50. The majority of staff are very friendly, and even when it’s very busy you still get served pretty quickly. Visitors to the area often walk along the marina, and this pub is positioned nicely for people to take a break and admire the view. The Shed is the perfect place for students who want to relax after a lecture, or for those who fancy a drink but can’t be bothered to walk in to town.

Only thing that puts me off is the staff, first time I went the girl behind the bar was really miserable and talked to me as if I was stupid. This made me feel really uncomfortable. It is a nice place though and has a good atmosphere.
