A remake of a childrens classic. It’s a magical adventure suitable for all the family. Even though we had been organised and gone to the cinema early to book tickets, we still couldn’t go to the 8 o’clock showing as it had already sold out at midday!! The film had been advertised in posters and magazines weeks before it was released, and with an all star cast including Johnny Depp, Steven Fry, Barbara Windsor and Alan RIckman expectations were extremely high.
