Advertise

Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted;
the trouble is I don't know which half.
John Wanamaker

Lincoln a quiet sleepy city in the countryside? Don't believe it for one second. Lincoln attracts 16 million day visitors and 3.3 million of those tourists stay at least one night in our city.

Tourism in Lincoln is worth over £117 milion

How well is your current advertising targeting such a huge number of potential customers? If we look at traditional paper advertising such as newspapers and magazines the circulation outside of Lincoln is tiny and in most instances the circulation in Lincoln isn't the best either especially for the cost of advertising which bearing in mind the feedback you get from an advert placed is either limited or nonexistent.

It is shocking to think that the comments made by Mr Wanamaker, a US Merchant, who died in 1922 are still relevant to so much advertising today.
